We believe the Natureluster Programme is open, safe and accessible to the vast majority of people; however we ask that you check with your doctor or medical professional should you suspect there is any reason that you may not be able to undertake the programme.

If you are pregnant we also recommend that you consult your doctor, especially if there is something on the programme that is much greater or different to your usual activities.

The Natureluster Programme is all about getting outside; but we understand that sometimes nature doesn’t provide a safe or comfortable outdoor environment due to extreme weather so we ask that you use your own wisdom about what is safe for you, for example, please don’t stand on the beach in a lightning storm. Remember your hat and sunscreen if you are in strong sun.

If you are involving your children, this should of course be done with your supervision always. This is your responsibility.

Get outside!
